When we decide to sell a property, we employ cost-savings strategies like having a broker on our team.  We aim to increase our profit margins by outsourcing when neccessary and using internal assets when possible.

Property Management

ADH is consistently focused on providing needed services to areas we own.  We put our customers first.  Our tenants satisfaction with the space where they live or work is our utmost concern.  We believe in creating long-term relationships with our tenants and 

ADH employs cost-savings strategies without losing the quality we believe is required for our tenant to enjoy their space. We pride ourselves on the quick turn-around time when addressing our tenants' requests.

Outsourcing the management of certain properties allows us the flexibility of having properties in mulitple locations without losing control over strategic decisions.  As property managers, we know it is in everyones best interest to have a satisfied tenant, and we work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction while renting at one of our special properties.

Whether it is renovating a residence or building a retail mall on undeveloped land, ADH strives to produce first-class buildings through utilizing cost effective practices together with ecological and economic strategies.

We spend a lot of time and energy to create the best project team for a specific development.  ADH believes in working with local contractors to create a desirable product where the community choses to work, shop, eat, gather and celebrate.

We are involved in our developments throughout the entire process - from pre-construction through certificate of occupancy.  We believe we should have a hand in the details of our projects - from site lighting fixtures to tenant mix.  To us, undertaking a development is more than making a profit.  It is about creating a project that will bring a community together.
