ADH was created by a family that wanted to make new and existing buildings more efficient while maintaining or improving the quality of construction. We seize investment opportunities where the community and our company will benefit through working together to achieve short and long-term objectives.

ADH believes in having a diversified portfolio.  In keeping with this strategy, our company focuses on three areas of the Real Estate Industry: acquisition and sales, property management, and development.  

Heather has had a passion for the Real Estate market since she was young.  Growing up in houses that were constantly under construction revealed the interesting dynamics required to create a structure.  She followed her dream by obtaining her MBA from Pepperdine University and went on to define her skills by obtaining an MS from NYU Shack School of Real Estate.  Heather is the business half of the partnership, using her finance background and Real Estate experience to help ADH set and achieve its goals.

Anna has mastered the dual-role of mother and business owner. She is responsible for the daily operations and ensures continual, quality communication with the vendors, managers, and professionals throughout all our properties.  She achieved her undergraduate degree from Monterey College.  When needed, she has undertaken the project management role in ADH to successfully acquire, develop and sell properties.  She is a wonderful example of a woman who has a successful career as well as a loving mother to her four children.
